What we do

Tekneka Ltd specialise in the servicing and maintenance of pump chambers, sewage treatment plants for domestic and commercial properties.

If your property has a septic tank or sewage treatment plant you will need to demonstrate that it conforms to the general bindings rules. The most recent major amendments to General Binding Rules took effect on 2 October 2023.  A prior important change was introduced on 1 January 2020, when it became unlawful for septic tanks to discharge directly into surface water (rivers, streams, ditches, etc.).  We can advise on the regulations and / or whether your system complies and what to do if it doesn’t.
